Client Non-Payment / Offset Clause
At Full Throttle Tax Solutions LLC, we strive to assist all clients with their tax needs.
If your refund is offset by the IRS, student loans, child support, or your check is mailed,
you are still responsible for paying all fees associated with filing your tax return.
Payment must be made within 30 days or legal action may be taken to collect the owed balance.
Our Responsibilities
- Our work is based solely on the data you provide.
- We may request clarification or additional information as needed.
- We are not responsible for discovering fraud or irregularities.
- We will apply all legally available credits and deductions.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information required to prepare your return.
- Submit all documents in a timely manner.
- Keep all receipts, records, and documents supporting your income and deductions.
- Review all completed work before signing. You are fully responsible for all submitted information.
- You are responsible for ensuring you do not commit fraud.
Our Fees
We invoice based on time spent, forms prepared, and resources used.
Partially completed work placed on extension or left unfinished may also be invoiced.
Agreement Summary
By continuing, you confirm that all information provided is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
These terms apply for this year and all future years of your engagement with Full Throttle Tax Solutions LLC.
You understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
If your refund is reduced or used to fulfill an offset, you remain responsible for all service fees.
Permission to File & Accuracy Statement
By signing this form, you authorize Full Throttle Tax Solutions LLC to prepare and e-file your tax return.
You take full responsibility for the accuracy of all information submitted and agree that the company is not liable
for any false, incorrect, or misrepresented information provided by you.
